Refund and Returns Policy

 

OVERVIEW

Our refund and return policy is valid for 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since the date of your purchase, we will not be able to offer you a full refund or exchange.

To qualify for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

In order to complete your return, we will need a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.

Refunds

Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received your return. We will also notify you if the refund is approved or denied.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and the refund amount will be automatically transferred to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.

Delayed or Missing Refunds

If you have not yet received your refund, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time for your refund to officially arrive.

Next, contact your bank. Refunds usually take some time to process.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are refundable. Sale items are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We only replace defective or damaged items. If you need a replacement for the same item, please email {[email protected]}

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and sent directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of the return. Upon receipt of the returned item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the gift giver sent the order to themselves to gift to you at a later date, we will issue a refund to the gift giver and they will be made aware of your return.

Shipping Returns

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs to return the item. Shipping charges are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes for an exchange product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning a more expensive item, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. There is no guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
