About the shipment of goods

How long will it take for me to receive my order

Each of our products is carefully crafted, most of our lighting fixtures are designed by European and Asian designers and handmade by our experienced and professional craftsmen. (Most items are in stock and ready for direct shipment)
Once we ship your order, we will send you a shipment notification email with tracking information.
Orders may take 1-2 weeks to arrive.

Which countries support transportation

We ship worldwide. We use the services of large, trusted international carriers to ensure that your packages arrive safely at their destination.

What if my shipment is severely delayed?

Please contact the carrier and our customer service department to investigate. If it is confirmed that there is an anomaly (i.e., the package is missing) or that the delay will continue for an extended period of time, we will be responsible for reshipping the shipment or refunding the purchase price, depending on your preference.

What happens if something breaks during transportation?

PLEASE CHECK THE CONDITION OF THE CARTON BEFORE SIGNING FOR IT: Our products are thoroughly inspected and carefully packaged before leaving the factory. If you receive a product with visible or hidden damage, you must immediately file a damage claim with the carrier. Retain all packaging materials.

If a visual inspection upon receipt reveals damage to the shipment, it must be noted on the delivery receipt and signed by you and the driver. Otherwise, the carrier will deny your claim. Retain all packaging materials and immediately notify the carrier that you wish to issue an inspection report so that you may proceed with your claim against the carrier.

If damage is not discovered until after unpacking the product, you must file a claim for concealed damage immediately. Retain all packaging materials and notify the carrier that you wish to obtain an inspection report so that you may continue to pursue your claim with the carrier.

How to Track Orders

Once the shipment has been shipped, we will provide you with the name of the courier company and a tracking number via email. This tracking number allows you to view the tracking summary, which lists the delivery information captured at each scanning point throughout the shipment of your item.

Are there differences between products?

Although every effort has been made to accurately portray items, slight variations may still exist. All measurements are approximate and color reproduction is as accurate as photographic processing or printed materials allow. Please note that colors may vary depending on calibration and screen settings. As each of our products is handmade, slight variations in assembly and finish may exist. The latter will not affect the quality, workmanship, aesthetics or functionality of the product.

How do I assemble the product?

Complete assembly instructions are included in the box with each product. These instructions will indicate whether you need an electrician or more than one person for assembly.


It is recommended that the lighting be installed by a professional. Under no circumstances can we be held liable for mishaps and/or accidents that may occur as a result of improper use and/or installation of our products.

How do I care for the product

All of our products are decorative items crafted by expert artisans. They are for indoor use only. We recommend storing them in a dry place at room temperature. We recommend gently wiping the products with a damp cloth. We are not responsible for damage caused by improper cleaning, use of cleaning products or misuse.
